What started as weekend trips to the mountains with a Boy Scout troop has evolved into a mission to educate and empower others through high-quality firearms training. Led by a veteran and former corporate trainer with over 40 years of shooting experience, Stay Ready is dedicated to providing effective, engaging instruction for every skill level.
After a 20-year career in corporate training within the aerospace and defense industry, our founder transitioned into firearms instruction, blending decades of teaching expertise with hands-on firearms experience. As an NRA-certified pistol and rifle instructor—and a California DOJ-certified instructor under the FSC program—Stay Ready delivers structured, compliant, and personalized instruction in a safe, professional environment.
